The quality characteristics of a product are visually examined. If necessary, gauges or other types of devices are used to support operational efficiency. Measurements are made with the appropriate instrumentation to detect variations in length, thickness, diameter and others. Finally, an OK / NG report is generated with the pertinent observations.

Functional Inspection

Each of the functionality characteristics are verified according to the customer's specification. Workbenches are customized as required by each project. At the end, an OK / NG report is generated with the pertinent observations.

Residency

Highly trained and equipped personnel are provided according to the requirements of the particular project. The staff will wear the QUALITY BOLCA or client's uniform as required. All established quality protocols are followed and the corresponding reports are prepared.

Outsourcing

QUALITY BOLCA provides selected and duly trained personnel for various activities.

On-site and off-site rework

Rework or corrections on the inspected material. Some typical examples are burr removal, excess material removal, rust removal, parts washing, process termination, among others. These activities can be on site or in QUALITY BOLCA workshops.
